Adding Licences via ADLM

Hi

I have had ADLM running for a while with no problems licencing 28
workstations. However I purchased 28 new licences and provided Autodesk with
the server code, serial number and the number of additional licences ie 28.
Placed the key code in ADLM and now I still have only 28 licences showing in
ADLM. Should I reauthorise with AutoDesk requesting 48 licences, or am I
missing something simple.

Thanks
Eifion

Eifion,

Ask Autodesk customer service or your dealer to verify the code and the number
of seats it was for. Make sure that you gave them ALL of your serial numbers
including license packs.

When you enter the new code in AdLM, it should overwrite the existing license
file with the new one with the new number of seats. If you are running the
TCP/IP version of AdLM, you can update the license while AdLM is running. If
you are using the IPX version of AdLM on a Netware server, you MUST unload AdLM,
update the authorization then reload the AdLM.
