Activate problem

AIS 2011 is installed on a windows xp64 computer, when I will activate my license I become a blank page and can't activate the product.  

In the log file (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\AdLM)

P.S. I have tried to reinstall AIS 2011 -> the same problem.

Make sure Microsoft Internet Explorer is your default browser and is at least version 7.  Then follow the instructions on this knowledge base article:
