Access denied for 3DSmax purchased software

Hi,

I have just purchased online 90 day license of 3Ds Max and am running windows7 and 32 bit, getting the message 'access denied' when starting download. Have checked all my browser security and firewall settings which seem okay for downloading.

 

Can you help?
