AUtodesk 3ds Max & Maya Installation Error

I've just downloaded the Trial straight from the sight. And once it was done downloading I open it, install it. But once it gets to this step, all i get is this message, and I have no idea what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Also, I've done some reading about the system requirements for certain programs, Maya and 3ds Max use Windows 7 Professional, I have Windows 7 Ultimate. Would the problem be my operating system?

Error

Try installing as a different user with local admin rights and no spaces in the username.

I'm downloading the trial again, I'll see if this works or not, thanks again. Never thought about making a new account.

It didn't work. I made it through the error i usually get, but then it failed to install Maya and 3ds Max. Something about an error with Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable.

Then uninstall that version from your machine and try again.
