where did you download it from? if you got it from the education community those license are for stans alone only you can't use them for a network license. it might also be a problem with autodesk comuicating with your computer, have setup a issue report with the support service?
Can you connect to the License Manager? Make sure that you can ping the computer running the License Manager. If you can't, turn off the firewall or add some rules to the firewall to let port 2080 and 27000-27009.
