A PACKAGE component must be specified

Trying to get the license manager for Revit 2009 working. We have our network Autocad licenses working fine, I tried both adding the Revit license to the existing license and using a separate file. I do see package in the license file, but I don't see where it's supposed to be specified.

Here is the error I get when running server diags in lm tools:
This license cannot be checked out because:
A PACKAGE component must be specified.
Feature: 64900CIV3D_F
License path: C:\Program Files\Autodesk Network License Manager\License\REVITST2009fileserver.lic;
FLEXnet Licensing error:-125,147
For further information, refer to the FLEXnet Licensing End User Guide,

It might be because you combined the new license file with your old in an
incorrect way.
