3x 3ds Max 2009 keys not valid

Hi there,

After reinstalling 3ds Max 2009 to a computer after a failed HDD, after entering the serial code i get a error '

The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1)'

Trying two other valid serial codes (all three were purchased at the same time) they also show the same error.

Cheers

Hi DuncanClarke,

Following up on this, it looks like your license was upgraded multiple times to 2012 via a subscription contract which expired as of 2/19/2012 and hence your inability to access 2009. With that being said, you can revert back to the 2009 entitlement as long as you haven't activated any of the preceding releases (which it doesn't appear that you have).

Please let me know if you need additional assistance with the activation, by sending me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with your serial number and request code.
