3ds Max 2014 installation stuck at sp2

I downloaded 3ds Max from the website using browser download and started installing it. At the start I checked the option 'Do not install any service packs'. It started installing the components one by one and now it's stuck at sp2: 

It stays like this forever.

My OS is Windows 8.1 64 bit.

I followed the general Autodesk Product installation workflow. My system satisfies the requirements.

Can you help me?

Solved this by killing the process. Then I ran the setup again to install the remaining components.
