3DS Max network license

Our company is going to buy a 3ds max 2011 license. I heard that we can use network license for multiple PC to share the same license. I would like to know:

1) If we purchased a stand alone license(US$3495) and completed the production activation process, sometimes later, is it probable to convert/upgrade the license to network license?

2) Is it probable to install the network license manager and 3ds max on the same machine?

3) How much does it cost for the network license?

4) Where can I purchase the network license?

If you were to purchase a stand alone license for 2011 3DS Max you could in fact upgrade to a network version at a later date.

It should be possible to install both the network license manager and 3DS max on the same machine, however for greater detail on network configuration and administration, please contact our registration and activation department via e-mail at authcodes@autodesk.com or directly at 800-551-1490.
