32 bit and 64 bit under the same license

We are about to set up a 64-bit server to host terminal services and we would like to put our Auto-Cad on it as well as keep in on the office pc which is 32-bit. Can you download and run a 64-bit version under the same license as the current 32 bit or would there be another purchase involved?

Hosting AutoCAD on terminal services is a violation of your license agreement.

You can, however, use Citrix as a means to get the results that you desire.  With network licensing, 32/64 CPU architecture does not matter.
