1722 Error when Installing Autodesk Inventor 2011 @ English Language Pack

Installation of Autocad Inventor Professional Suite 2011 goes well until installation of the Autodesk Inventor 2011 English Language pack fails, with a 1722 Error, a generic installer related error. OS is Windows XP SP3. Help much appreciated. Installation log follows:

The error is usually caused by the presence of specific products, such as Ansys, which prevent dynamic-link libraries (DLLs) from registering correctly when Inventor® Professional is installed.

To correct this issue

1  On the Start menu (Windows), click Run.

2  In the Run dialog box, enter Regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\atl.dll.

3 Click OK.
