Manage 360 Groups

I downloaded the trial for R4 and then purchased the license.  My question is this:  How do I remove my "trial" group from 360 online and activate my license so I don't lose my shared models?  I haven't been able to find an easy way to do this.  I will keep looking, but any input from here is appreciated! 

 

After looking at this further, I believe I need to change my account from trial to full.  I am still stumped...

Hi enelson.

 

To change your account from trial to full, you need to enter the valid serial number and product key that came with your purchase of the full version. Your membership in online groups shouldn't change because that is based off of your A360 account credentials. 

 

Updating the Serial Number

After you purchase a new license, follow these steps to change your serial number without reinstalling the product:

Note: If you have lost your serial number, contact Autodesk for assistance.

    1. Start InfraWorks.
    2. In the Start Page, click Help > About
    3. In the About window, click Product License Information.
    4. In the Product License Information dialog box, click Update.
    5. In the Update the Serial Number dialog box, enter your product serial number.

      Note: If you have lost your serial number, go to www.autodesk.com/contactus for assistance.
    6. Click Activate. The updated serial number is displayed. Note: In some cases, you must restart the product to display the updated serial number
    7. In the Product License Information dialog box, click Close.

I did in fact enter my new serial.  It is a bug in 2014 R4.  My trial would not release as far as the Autodesk360 account goes.  As soon as I updated to Infraworks 2015, the problem was resolved.
