Microsoft Technet subscriptions

I inherited a subscription to MS Technet when I came to work for my firm. I'm trying to
decide if it's worth keeping. Seems like most of what I'm getting for $350/yr is the same
stuff that's available online for free. Am I missing something.

You have it all on a set of CD's, so if the problem i that your internet connection has died, you still have access to any thing that would have been on the web siite that might help you get to teh web site.
