Using free version of Fusion 360 for personal use - help saving designs

I just downloaded and installed the free version of Fusion 360 for personal use. I do not not seem to have the capability to create a New Project (I get the message that "New Project is Unavailable"). Also in the top right of the view, in orange it says "Basic Access". Is it not possible to create and save new designs using Fusion 360 for personal use?

This condition can result from the fact you are using a different Team than the one you created when you first ran Fusion Personal Version.  Take a look at the video and check to make sure you are using YOUR team and not one someone invited you to.
