User the Insert DXF command to create a sketch. Use the sketch to create the toolpath for the Engrave.

OK, I dit all type of options but the dxf is placets at the bottem of the sketch.

A DXF is imported as a planar sketch, which yours did just fine. The direction of Extrusion is up to you. Please explain you problem completely as everything looks just fine to me.

Ha, yes, you are right, it is working ok, also when I select a pocket with 2d pocket.
Tomorrow I make the finely attempt and hope the it is ok.
There are so many options in the traject from import to engrave.

You do not specify a lot of information to make a call on the milling tools you have access to so I just used some generic ones. Model is attached.

I think I found the light.
First I make a block 20 mm and then I place the dxf on it, then I extrude the part I want in negative value.
After that, there is a pocket who I can mill with 2d pocket.
Is this the correct way?
