DWF in IE 10 - blank space instead fo the ribbon

Hi,

when I view 3d dwf in internet explorer, almost every thime there is a blank space under the adr toolbar, where the ribbon would be. In IE 8 and 9 it would help to reload the page (F5) - the blank space would disappear and everything would beahve as normal. But in IE 10 (on W7), the blank space remains. Any suggestions are welcome.

See the attached picture.

Thanks in advance

Honza

IE10 most likely not supported: which version of ADR did you install, and did you try to reinstall it to reload the 'dwf in browser' option after you decided to go with IE10?

I'm using ADR 2013 with Browser add-on 1.2 (I know this doesn't make any
difference with IE). I tried to reinstall ADR, but didn't have any
effect. I personally couldn't care less about what IE does, but I want
my website to be viewable to everyone. I find especially funny, that MS
claims that IE 10 has added funcionality and compatibility, when for me
it just stopped working propperly 🙂
And btw: this issue isn't only on my computer. As far as I know, it
affects every computer with IE 10 and W7. You can try it on

Many of us avoid newer versions of IE since historically this always happens with Autodesk and others that try and embed features into the browser. Same with Windows versions too: always wait for the official "we support it" announcement from all your ciritical software vendors first.
I would be very surprised if it did NOT happen to every computer with IE10 that you have.
If there is an ADR2014 it may work better since in theory, but there is no guarantee.
Good luck.

Sadly, I'm not in charge of what browser the users use 🙂
Unfortunately, there also insn't ADR 2014 (yet?).
Thanks anyway.
