I am using Vault Pro 2012 and I would like to know if I can configure one user when this user checks a  file into Vault, this user will always create a visual attachment by sending it to the job server.

Usally the CAD plug-in handles this.  I'm pretty sure Inventor and AutoCAD have options to queue up a DWF job when CAD files are checked in. 

What client is being used to check in the CAD files?

You are correct, you can set this up in the Inventor addin, but I was looking for something as an administrator of Vault to control the users or groups so I did not have to contact the individual user(s) and hope they did the setup correctly. Is there any way in Vault Pro 2012 I can do this?
