I am new here,
I have a vessle with 13 (custom) nozzles wich is placed on 2 different P&ID's
The tank is placed so it has the same tagnr.
I cannot get the nozzles right, it is still N-1 at one P&ID and N-1? on the other one.
is it possible to show the correct nozzle no's on both P&ID's

How to you duplicate two equipments with the same tag? If you can do that, the workflow is the same as nozzle.
Generally, open both drawings, and right click Assign Tag. Assign it with the same tag, then, it should prompt you with a dialog box (screenshot)
I have 13 nozzles, so i have to update them piece by piece, ther should be an easier way, the equipment is linked, so it should have the same nozzles on both drawings...
No worries, AutoCAD P&ID is always so unpredictable..
I'm not aware of such method. Here's a workflow on how the process actually works.
1. An equipment is assigned a duplicate tag. I click yes to assign the same tag
2. It will delete this equipment id in the database and assign the duplicate equipment id to this equipment
3. So both equipment is actually link to the same row in the database. One change, the other will update as well.
Unless there's a command that does all that for you, the answer is no.. Its a pain in the **** trying to assign duplicate tag. We have a master drawing with hundreds of equipments and imagine the time we spent in linking those equipments.
