Autocad mechanical sequencing

Hi,

 

Being a system admin, there is reuirement to virtualize Autodesk Mechanical 2013 version. We are having a network licence for this version.
If anyone could light e up here that is it possible to virtualize autocad mechanical 2013 using Microsoft Sequencer 4.6 SP1?

And are there any EULA issues with virtualizing this product?
