Acad WS viewing of my Acad LT 2013 dwgs on my Android)

My AutoCAD LT dwgs look fine in AutoCAD WS on my laptop, but on my Galaxy S 3 layers are missing and the plans and elevations won't stay flat with the x-y plane.
They twist and turn all over the place.
Is this an AutoCAD WS thing? An android thing?
