Creating assembly from feature line

I am new to working with assemblies, but I am trying to link the edge of my assembly to a feature line.  The feature line has various offsetts from the Alignment and includes curves.  I am wondering if it is possible to set this feature line as the edge of my pavement for my alignment.  It is a simple 2% slope from cl to the feature line.

Thanks,

You can use featurelines, polylines and alignments as targets for assemblies.

Do you know how I can target that feature line as the lane width?

Google "Civil 3D width target tutorial". It should be the first thing in the list.
