Hey gang, Here is one that has got me stumped. When ever I did a pdfattach, I always got the pdf as a picture that wasn't anything except that. But the other day a attached a PDF, and to my surprise, I was able to snap to vertices when I did the tracing. Now the question is how is this? Why one and not the other? Does anyone know what is going on to allow this. Please help!
Pdf's created using later releases of cad software will capture the layer & vector information. If the drawing is scanned to PDF all you end up with is an image with no additional data attached.
