Sorry, perhaps not.

I re-read the original post and see that the AutoCAD version in question does not match that of the thread title.

The older AREA command is still an option, though  the process is a bit convoluted.  Revolve the arc as a Solid, copy (SolidEdit – CopyFace) the planar portion to one side.  Now use the area command like I’ve shown below.

Command: AREA

Specify first corner point or [Object/Subtract area]: object

(ADD mode) Select objects: ****Select the solid****

Area = 667.7103, Perimeter = 0.0000

Total area = 667.7103

Area = 667.7103, Perimeter = 0.0000

Total area = 667.7103

Specify first corner point or [Object/Subtract area]: subtract

Specify first corner point or [Object/Add area]: object

(SUBTRACT mode) Select objects: ****Select the copied face ****

Area = 78.5398, Trimmed area = 0.0000 , Perimeter = 31.4159

Total area = 589.1705

(SUBTRACT mode) Select objects:

Area = 78.5398, Trimmed area = 0.0000 , Perimeter = 31.4159

Total area = 589.1705

Specify first corner point or [Object/Add area]: ****<Enter>****

Total area = 589.1705

I did your advice, but the result was not favorable. because  autocad2007 says (Selected object does not have an area)!!    why?! .  The result is in the attachment file .please look at it. thanks

A picture does not allow for thorough analysis.

The older AREA command did not process non-planar faces.

If the revolved solid has a perfectly flat bottom then the process will work.  Confirm that you are using the same steps I described in my previous post and try again.

If possible, post a sample file with the revolved solid.

The entities in that file are Surfaces.  I don't believe AutoCAD 2007's version of the AREA command was compatible with Surfaces.  the only versions I have access to are 2012+.

Make sure the half profile is a closed Polyline, or a Region before Revolving.  Then follow the steps outlined previously.
