You can activate a license twice.
You will have to contact Autodesk by phone or email to resolve this problem.
There should be contact information in the Autodesk activation website.

I would first try to connect the system to internet with another connection, e.g. via mobile phone.
So all settings like firewall, proxy, ... does not influence.
If all fails then try to disconnect your workstation from all networks you have. That should give you the option to create the text for a mail to the activation department at Autodesk.

Agreed. And if that doesn't work, you could also try logging in as another user to activate and see if that makes a difference. Make sure you have local admin rights and UAC disabled.
