I have one problem with line direction polar tracking with direct distanace entry via keyboard. Can't get object snap tracking to acquire a start point along an existing line using direct distance entry. It works fine if I'm moving on a path not on the line, or if I use the dynamic entry distance shown at the curser, and left click. But if I type the distance, and hit enter, the new line starts at the closest snap point to where I was hovering.
For example, when I type PL for PLINE, select first point and move mouse to tracking horizontal line when I typre first number of line distance in comand line from keyboard the tracking line disappear. If I want following direction of my target line I must type all numbers of distance and repeat moving mouse is desire direction and then type enter to draw right direction of line.
In old revision of AutoCAD 2004, 2008 etc I didn't have this problem.
Any ideas why it won't work with direct distance entry.
if you open the objectsnap-dialog, is option "Extension" active?
