Can't click+drag objects, pls help!

I don't know how to fix it. 

PICKFIRST, PICKADD, DRAGMODE didn't work for me.

Help pls?

Did it used to work in this version?
Is the problemk only in one file?
Mouse driver that you are using is...?

If not locked, maybe PICKDRAG variable.

How do I fix it if it's lock?

I'm using 2014 on Windows 8.

The file is in 2013 format (from my friend) but I do my works just fine few days ago- until today I open the file and try edit someting but I can't click & drag.

It appears only to this file. I tried opening other files and they can be click & drag

I don't understand your solution. Doesn't _la bring up the layer manager?

It should be -la not _la but the OP got the gist of it and figured it out.
