As a test, use REFEDIT command instead if you are not dealing with Dynamic Blocks: does it still crash? The command works well with blocks as well as xrefs.

Okay It's work without crashing

 

But why bedit causes this problem

Not sure, but at least this eliminates your block as being the problem I believe.

I'm having a similar problem: edit-block-in-place crashes when saving edit - this happens only with in-place not with block editor.

it happens only in a few files - to all blocks.
