Question is for Autodesk staff

We need help for Typical FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x7d16ea37 Exception at fdcb9abh.

FATAL ERROR appear every time after we try to load any AutoCAD VBA application

We had tried to uninstall and reinstall AutoCAD as well as Viusal Basic.

VBA aplication is on Server and works with other machines on same platfroms with out any problem.

If you want to talk to Autodesk Staff only, you need to pay for subscription and ask your question in the subscription forum: http://www.autodesk.com/subscription/overview

While some staff do show up occasionally, this is mostly free peer support: end users just like you helping each other out.

It looks like you are not taking full advantage of the 2014 feautre of adding your folder(s) to the 'trusted' list: 2014 is now designed to protect you from running code outside of the trusted zone.

This behavior is controlled with SECURELOAD and TRUSTEDPATHS settings.

Post back if you get stuck somewhere: I will assume your VBA was recompiled to work with 2014/2013 versions of AutoCAD as well.

For future reference, there is a VBA dedicated forum here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Visual-Basic-Customization/bd-p/33

Thank you Dean,

I will check who is responsible in this big system (VARD-NORWAY) for subscriptions ( I think we have it). I thought that ACAD staff look here :-).

There is no problem with trusted features it is managed in Options....

Same VBA feature works on another machines and same ACAD platforms without any problem!

Our IT staff is looking on problem but I thought that here we can find some faster answers 🙂
