White noise / Incorrect Pixel visualization on Light Reflection

Hello,
I'm having a problem when rendering Interior scenes using this specific software:
- 3ds Max 2018.
- V-Ray 3.6.
When trying to render my scene, I'm getting "white noise" / incorrect pixel visualization, specially when I zoom in the image (screenshots attached).
On the first screenshot, the quality is not the best already, but when zooming into more detail, it gets really clear that something is going on regarding the spots of the render in contact with any light (second screenshot).
Any help is appreciated (GI config below)
