Eighter way is always better to explain what are you trying to archive and also tell us about your scene, Render Engine, Lighting setup and settings.

From those screen grabs, I can guess you are missing exposure in your scene???

how was the soup 😉

Hi,

You have an Exposure problem like @Francisco_Penaloza mentioned,

Select your camera, and look for the Exposure Gain rollout, and set the "Target" value to something

Between 14 and 15 as a start. But now you can start experimenting with this value,

Increasing it will decrease the light intensity, while decreasing the Target value

Will increase the light intensity.

I would recommend you to take a good read to the help documents from Chaos group.

There you'll find how the render engine works and it will be a lot easy to resolve any problems.

in your specific case, that noise is because of samples.  Your image needs more samples to clean up.

Not sure what settings are you using.  Are you working with progressive or bucket?

Default settings should work in most scenes
