It looks like you have ‘incompatabe’ materials and your IES cannot be loaded. If your materials are not compatable or can’t be found, nothing will render.
Always read those warnings. They generally have info in them to point you in the right direction. Put a VRay material on your object and make sure Max can find your IES file. Also, VRay needs a light in the scene. Put a Dome light or something. It (Vray) won’t render with default lights alike the Scanline render engine does.
A good way to diagnose and test your render is to put a “clay” material in your material Override. If it renders that then you know it is working. Then start exploring your other materials to find out what’s wrong. But, at least you’ll know the render is working.
