V-ray render too slow

Hello
I'm new to 3D max, I use v-ray as a render.
My problem is that for a simple render with few elements it is taking an average of 1 hour.

Computer data:
acer Concept D cn715-71
Windows 10 pro
Intel Core i7-9750H CP
GEFORCE RTX

Render parameters:

Under Image Sampler, chance Progressive to Bucket.

Then under the Bucket Image Sampler rollout, set Max Subdivs to 100.  Adjust the Noise Threshold to control the speed of rendering, lower numbers increase quality and render time.  The default is usually pretty good, but you can make very small adjustments up to speed up rendering.
