The "Configure Driver" button does not work in 2020 ServicePack 3.

The Configure Driver button does not work after installing Service Pack 3. (We use Legacy Direct3D driver. Nitrous drivers can't control filtering and mipmaps.)

Does anyone know how to fix this?
