why is my rendered image so different from my model image, and why is there white patches on the rendered images?
I have tried solve by UV but it's not the UV problem as I have even painted the background (black) the same color  and it does nothing as the problem still happens

- definitely, the model preview is diffirent from render image, you cant compare them
- i guess the white lines are the edge termination or seams of the model which is not properly textured in the uvs editor.

It seems to me that you painted right on the border of your UV islands, you should always paint some more around the edges to give some bleed, specially if you are using turbosmooth.
