Render to texture problem - Magicavoxel

Hi, maybe it is a complete noob question but here it goes. 🙂
I´ve made a voxel using magicavoxel - I´ve exported to max and imported. All looks good. But when I try to render to texture (for me to have a base colour so I can use photoshop and paint over, it renders nothing.
It is a baked material and it looks like this. I´ve tested other kind of materials and it works (like standard) and it works (but I miss all the color information). When I assign an UVW map, I get a render, but all messed up (it must lose the color coordinates of anything like that).
How can I do this?
