Render multiple materials in separate passes at once

Hi,
I'm trying to achieve a render workflow where I can render a color with light pass, and a custom outline map I created in separate files, but in the same render.
The object has only one material, and the diffuse comes from a composite where the albedo and the face outline merge together.
My question is, where should I put the fake fallof(which generates the outline) in order to have an option to render it in a different pass, but in the same render process?
This is an example of the multiple passes I'm taking reference on.
