Problem with glow effect

Hello everybody!

I'm having trouble making the glow effect. I'm trying to apply the effect and in the final render I can observe that the material applied to the object has selfilumination but any sign of glowing. I think I've followed the right steps. I'm using 2016 version of 3d max and vray.

For creating this effect I've done it this way: Material panel> vray material > selilumination> effects> lens effects> glow> assign a channel and do it as well in the material editor.

My question is, does it has something to do with the configuration of the motor render editor?

I attached a photo with more detail information.

Thanks a lot!

1. vray doenst work with 3ds max glow effect

2. glow effect works on light in 3ds max not on object

3. if you want to use glow in vray use lens effect in vray vfb instead ( vray higher version, im using vray 3.60.03)
