I have this problem when I render I have the white screen, I can repair it only when I move my entire scene to a new fresh 3ds file, then it works but after that, I had the same problem, I got tired of these trying...Please Help (Note: I have no exposure control and when I change it to VRY exposure control I have the same Problem)
if you have lights in your scene then you need to use exposure in your Exposure panel, you could also check the auto exposure option inside V-Ray window panel.
Also be sure your camera in not behind a wall or if there is some element with displacement that could be covering the camera.
