POSITION AOV not working in Nuke

I made a render with 3dsMax/Arnold, with the P AOV activated so can be modified in post. The pass isnt working for the compositor, so I made a tets with a friend who uses MAYA, rendering the same frame with the same pass, and the P AOV looks different. And using the image in MAYA works

Comparing the images,

R=R

G=B

B=negative G

I know that Z-up and Y-up are different between MAYA and 3dsMax, and I want to make my renders comatible with the other compositors workflow.

I can switch Z-Y in max? or I can edit the P AOV to make it compatible with how Maya exports it?
