I found this tutorial that looks really great in blender: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJBNQeSR8LQ&ab_channel=linolafettatnet

Does anyone know how i can get something like this with Vray in 3ds max?

You would have to emulate the various effects they are doing in the tutorial.  You may be able to use the new Layers option in the V-Ray Frame Buffer if you've got a more recent version of V-Ray.  Otherwise, you may need to employ Photoshop or some other image editing software.

Well besides the glow and color correction effects, I would think that you are referring to the lighting specific.

This has been talked about in many forums, and as a general rule of thumb to make believable Space scenes you need to rely mostly on a single light source. For us Human beings our Sun is the most recognizable light source we have around, so leaving your scene complete black and with sun light or spotlight will do most of the work, You may not even need GI, or you can use an ambient light but with very low values. You could use some HDRI with stars to make your fill lighting also, but you need to focus on one single light and key light.
