Export Animation Without Rendering

I'm trying to save a walkthrough with realistic viewport settings, NOT as a rendered walkthrough (basically how it appears as I'm working on it, with realistic materials). However, the only option that seems available is to fully render it, which will take too long. The closest I can seem to get is with "create preview animation" but it doesn't come with materials, and the resolution is too low. Is there something I can adjust in the render dialog to give me a similar output to what I see in my viewport, or am I out of luck?

Before you create the preview animation, press F10 and change the size of the render output, try with 4K

Assure that all your maps are visible in the viewport 

In my experience, the results is better than with hight quality visual style.

Try changing the exposure value too to bright the scene, or put an skylight.
