please refer to attached images. when I opened files, it automatically asked me to change Arnold but after I followed its instruction, the image became black and white.

If I ignore that and start rendering, it appears the box ( in 2 different files). Instead of computer not enough memory, please advice whats the other problems. Thank you so much!

it already tells you what is the issue !

it seems your 3d studio max file has too much Object or too much subdivided object.

it is why there are Cloud Render Farm for student who does not have Powerful computer.

you can share your max file, then we can give it a try ?

For Arnold, there's a texture error. But I can't see the full error message, just the first letters "In"

So, probably Invalid something. No file specified in a bitmap node? An invalid file name?

You can copy and paste the text from the Render Message window.
