Hi, I have tested your file and I did not have any problems rendering the image. I used VRay 3.20.03 and I simply used the VRay quick settings ( GI Quality 12%, Shading Quality 14%, AA Quality 32% ) If you have the quick settings with your version of vray you can try that. If not I would double check all your vray settings. Perhaps reset them to default and go from there? If I can find time I'll snap-shot the settings dialogs from the standard vray settings as I also rendered it from the usaul vray dialogs and it was OK as well. What version of VRay do you have?
