bake to texture using gpu

Using nvidia 3090 and arnold, how do i get 3dsmax to bake to texture using GPU?

In render setup, I've set 'system' to use gpu, but it doesn't.

Have you tried 'Manual Device Selection' and rebooted? Will the 'Pre-populatre GPU Cache' feature work properly (indicating it's seeing your GPU)?
