this is not the uv problem, these two objects have the same uv, but the left is obvieously wrong...

this is mental ray baking. and when I switch renderer to default scanline renderer, some other part is wrong.

anyone know how to fix this?

Hello Sakula000!

Is there some way you can post the max file (or part of it) so I can review it?  If not, can you please post a screenshot of your UV layout, your perspective view, and maybe your render to texture settings?  Without those things I can only guess, but perhaps one of the modifiers in the stack is causing issues at render time.

I would try maybe collapsing the stack before you bake and see if that helps at all (Check the UVs to make sure they are clean before you bake after you collapse.)  It's not unheard of for UVs to become corrupted or messy due to a complex modifier stack or in some cases loading a recovery file after a crash.   I wish I could be of more help but this would require me to have access to the scene to really solve this issue for you.

Thank you and best regards,
