Backburner Manager not starting old jobs

I came into work today to find that my Manager had frozen up overnight.

I had to do a hard reboot.

When I fired up Manager again, all the old jobs popped up in the Queue Monitor but Manager isn't sending these old jobs to the servers.

I've stopped and re-started the servers.  That didn't work.

Right-clicking on the jobs and clicking "Suspend" (the only option that wasn't greyed out) does not work.

"Active" and "Restart Job" are greyed out

I tried archiving the job and then re-activating them... nope.

I right-clicked on the servers and selected "Assign to selected job", "Reset for current Job" and "Reset server index".... nothing.

But when I send a NEW job to the Manager, it fires all the server right up and they get going on the new job.

It's like the Manager can see the old jobs in its queue but lost some kind of vital link when I did the hard reboot.

Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thanks.

For what it's worth, here are some screen grabs.

Hey, I'm having this same problem:  Jobs that I entered into Backburner the other day were working fine, but after shutting down and restarting computer jobs are now listed as "Not Started" and there seems to be no way to get them started.

Did an answer to this problem ever appear??

Thanks!

4 years later, still dealing with this pathetic crap, and still no info on how to solve it.

¿Any ideas?

Sorry, Pal, I never was able to find any kind of work-around. Very
frustrating.

Trying many things I just found a solution that worked for me:

"Edit Settings" and set a new "First frame" rendering range. After clicking ok the job suddenly went back to Active and started rendering normal again.

Maybe it works editing any other parameter.
