Hi,

If your intention to save the render elements for all views,

First in the Vray tab, Frame Buffer rollout turn off the Vray frame buffer,

1.PNG

Then go the Render Elements tab, click on each element,

And in the "Selected Element Parameters" group,

Check the option "Enable", and specify a path for the rendered element to be save in.

2.PNG

Now when you batch render, all the Render Elements for all views will be saved.

Thank you for the answer. That help me a lot but I am still trying to save multiple cameras and render elements at the same time.

When I use batch render it renders all camera angles (beauty pass)

For render elements it only saves one of the cameras because the path name is only for one so will overwrite other render elements for other cameras

Sorry for the late reply, i'm busy these days,

There is something missing in your steps i think,

In the Batch Render dialog, you need to click on each view, then in the Output Path

You need to specify a path for the Beauty Pass of that view.

Beside that, everything should work normally. Now, in the Render Elements tab,

You just need to specify a path for each element, and even if you choose one name

While you have multiple views, at the time of saving all render elements for all views

Will be saved with unique names. No overwriting should happen.

Thank you for your response. very helpful

I still cant find a way to save multiple elements using different cameras

Beauty pass is good using Batch render.

For render elements there is not way to tell to render different cameras

I have screenshoot. If you have a file that can do it.

If you save a file of have screenshot that shows multiple cameras multiple render elements I will appreciate it

I love the approach. My comments regarding that will be that will lost the features included in frame buffer Vray. especially denoiser. Denoiser renders black using max buffer it seams that is a post production effect.

Hi!

There is an easy solution for these kind of challenges. Try out Pulze Scene Manager. It handles the different cameras, lights, layers, resolutions and outputs and you can batch render them within a few click.

It is in open beta period so you can participate in the development. Just visit: https://pulze.io/ and subscribe for free.

Just putting my experience in here. I can't get Batch Render to render any passes either. I'll look into some 3rd party solutions. I'm using Max 2020 currently.
