Reset UI?

I accidentally dragged a piece of my UI somewhere while max was crashing, and it permanently jacked up my UI. I can't find a bunch of my buttons and the grey menus like modeling and freeform are covering half of my screen and I can't make them smaller. I tried resetting the UI in Max, and it didn't work. I tried deleting the ini file, and it didn't work. I UNINSTALLED and REINSTALLED 3DS Max and it STILL was the same broken thing when I opened it up again. How can I possibly get back to the default UI? Aside from reinstalling my OS, of course?

Rename the ENU folder and a new one will be recreated.
