Problem in rigging code

Hello there, i have a problem when i try to create a IK Limb Solver. The problem is that the IK can move the bone but can't rotate it. Swivel angle works fine. 

Also there is another problem when i try to create dummy objects to move the bone fingers. The problem is when i try to make wire parameters to rotate 3 fingers by rotating the first finger with a dummy object, then it rotates in the wrong direction but in the right bending.

These two errors happened to me when i tryied to create a rigging for a character. Everything was working perfect and sudenly these two problems appeared from one mnoment to another.

I have tried to create the same technics in other version in 3ds max with trial version. The problem was the same. 

Any suggestions or anyone else having these problems ?

The workaround i found was to just move the foot and arm bones directly from the bone and don't use any helper. And for the fingers i found that if i can rotate the fingers in  "bone edit mode" first in the right direction and then try to bend them they are bending correctly.

Anyone could help or suggest anything else for a fix would be happily appreciated!

instead of just an image the max file will be more helpful.
