Coordinate text file to point cloud or mesh

I am looking to import a text file that has coordinates for points. What would be a good method to try and get this data into max as a point cloud or mesh?

I am also curious if this can be done with MCG.

Thanks. That seems like it will be a great start. I'll work with this a bit and see how far I can get.

I think part of my challenge will be that the file is not in ReCap format.
